My, were finished. Three years walking the teal and off-white hallways, three years of having no idea where my locker is. Three years of memories, some which I cherish, others which I could do without; regardless, its been years which I cannot put into words (
Im afraid that I am ill at these numbers).
It was somewhat anticlimactic to leave school for the last time after graduation practice, without even the bell to count down to totally defeats the purpose of having my watch perfectly on time.
But were out, and its finished. The end of the beginning, I suppose you could say, but now we part our separate ways. Its somewhat amusing, actually, that the most Ive learned is not academic matter, but a sort of acceptance of results. Shit happens, as Forrest Gump so memorably put it, and expletive aside, its a rather accurate statement. Maybe its a little too easygoing an attitude sometimes, but its worked thus far, and Ive been pretty happy

The next step, then, is college. Itll be different, but hopefully itll be like years of Gov School. No idea what will happen what friends I may meet, how much piano Ill get around to, whether Ill be able to decorate my dorm with origami. But either way, Ill take it as it comes.
